We have a plan to end gun violence.

Everytown Law seeks a creative and thoughtful seasoned litigator to serve as Senior Counsel / Counsel (depending on experience). We are looking for an attorney who wants to use their litigation skills to fight for the right of every person to be free from gun violence. We are the largest team of impact litigators in the country dedicated to advocating in the courts for gun violence prevention—one of the most pressing issues of our time.

Everytown Law engages in two primary areas of litigation:

  1. Affirmative litigation to (a) seek accountability and reform of the gun industry’s dangerous business practices, (b) take on dangerous gun lobby-backed laws that conflict with constitutional protections, and (c) enforce gun violence prevention laws, and
  2. Defending common-sense, life-saving gun laws against Second Amendment and preemption challenges.
