Website Everytown

We have a plan to end gun violence.

Everytown Law seeks a creative and thoughtful seasoned litigator to serve as Senior Counsel / Counsel (depending on experience). We are looking for an attorney who wants to use their litigation skills to fight for the right of every person to be free from gun violence. We represent survivors and cities seeking accountability and reform of reckless actors and practices in the gun industry and advocate on behalf of marginalized communities, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals and elected officials seeking to advance gun safety in their communities.

Everytown Law engages in two primary areas of litigation:

  1. Affirmative litigation to (a) seek accountability and reform of the gun industry’s dangerous business practices, (b) take on dangerous gun lobby-backed laws that conflict with constitutional protections, and (c) enforce gun violence prevention laws, and
  2. Defending common-sense, life-saving gun laws against Second Amendment and preemption challenges.
