Brian Vasquez, Esq. was born and raised in Seaford, New York. He graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History. He attended the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree.
While attending Hofstra Law School, he was active in the Student Bar Association, served as President of the Latin American Law Students Association, as the Vice-President of the Immigration Law Society, as the President of Tax Law Society and as an Executive Research Editor for the 58th Edition of the Family Court Review. Additionally, while at law school, he worked with the Safe Passage Project, a nonprofit organization that represents unaccompanied minors in Immigration Court. Through this program, he developed a love of working with recent entrants to the U.S. helping them to navigate the complex immigration courts. During law school, he also represented clients as a Student Attorney with the Hofstra Law Asylum Clinic and interned at the Rivera-Julka Law Group, where he developed a keen understanding of immigration law. Brian was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2021.
Brian is a proud child of a Venezuelan immigrant mother and a Peruvian immigrant father who loves working with his community to provide exceptional legal services.
