Brian Vasquez, Esq.

Brian Vasquez, Esq. was born and raised in Seaford, New York. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Stony Brook University in 2017, and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2020.

During law school, Brian developed a strong commitment to serving immigrant communities. He worked with the Safe Passage Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to representing unaccompanied minors in immigration court, where he discovered a passion for helping recent arrivals navigate the complexities of the immigration system. He also served as a Student Attorney with the Hofstra Law Asylum Clinic and interned with the Rivera-Julka Law Group, gaining hands-on experience in immigration law and client advocacy.

Brian is currently an Associate Attorney at the Rivera-Julka Law Group, where he continues to represent clients in a wide range of immigration matters. The proud son of a Venezuelan mother and Peruvian father, Brian is deeply connected to the immigrant experience and is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to his community.

Brian is a member of the Long Island Hispanic Bar Association, an organization dedicated to promoting and fostering the advancement of Hispanic attorneys and the Hispanic community on Long Island, New York. He currently serves as the Association’s Vice President of Memberships, helping to grow and support a diverse network of legal professionals.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York (Second Judicial Department) and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
