  • Canned vegetables (corn, green beans, peas, etc.)

  • Canned fruit in juice (not syrup)

  • Shelf-stable milk or boxed milk alternatives (soy, oat, almond)

  • Pasta and pasta sauce (especially tomato-based)

  • Rice, quinoa, or other grains

  • Dry beans or lentils

🍽️ Meal Helpers & Pantry Essentials

These help families create balanced meals.

  • Instant mashed potatoes or stuffing mix

  • Macaroni and cheese boxes

  • Boxed or canned soups and stews

  • Cereal and oatmeal

  • Cooking oil (plastic bottles preferred)
