Supreme Court of Nassau County Fall 2021 Internship

An internship is available during the fall semester for a second-year or third-year law school student. Responsibilities will include:

  • Legal research
  • Draft writing
  • General clerical work; such as filing or photo copying

The internship is voluntary and unpaid, however provides invaluable work experience as well as unique resume building opportunities.

Summer 2021 Internship

The Honorable Dora L. Irizarry, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of New York, currently is accepting applications for Summer 2021 Internships.

Submission due date is February 4, 2021.

Qualifications include:

  • Must be a rising second or third year law student.
  • Must have good grades.
  • Must have good research, writing, and analytical skills, although participation in Law Review or a Journal is not a prerequisite.
  • Military and/or other life/career experience is a plus.
